You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please return them in the original packaging if possible.

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at info@vellen-hair.eu with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you, including all shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

We ship to all of Europe and selected countries worldwide. Within Europe, shipping is 6 € per order and free from 60 €. For other countries, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number.
