Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives you – you have at least those statutory rights in every case.

Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all parts. Please return them in the original packaging if possible.

How to return

1. Email us at info@vellen-hair.eu with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of sending the items back, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days. We may wait until the items have arrived or you have shown proof that you sent them.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at info@vellen-hair.eu with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you, including all shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Sale items

The same return rules apply to discounted items.
